Wine Country's Perfect Bloody Mary

Ingredients

• Cocktail Ingrediants

  • 2 oz St George Green Chili Vodka
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 dashes of Tabasco
  • 2 grinds of Black Pepper
  • 2 dashes of Celery Salt
  • 4 oz of tomato juice

• Garnish Options

  • Shrimp
  • Bacon Point Reyes Blue
  • Oven Roasted Tomato
  • Point Reyes Blue Cheese Stuffed Olive
  • Side Car of Sonoma Springs Brewing "Uncle Jack's"

1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir
   2. Fill Highball glass with ice and pour unstrained in to the glass
   3. Using a golf tea as a pick garnish drink with shrimp, bacon, roasted tomato, blue cheese olive
   4. Serve with a Side car of Sonoma Springs Brewing "Uncle Jack's" Kolsch (or like beer)
