Sonoma Snuggler Winter Cocktail

Ingredients

Yield:

• • 1 1/2 oz Myer's Dark Rum
  • 3 oz Warm Apple Cider
  • 1 oz Stout reduction
  • Whipped Cream garnish

• Stout Reduction

  • 1 22oz bottle of Lagunitas Imperial Stout
  • 3 pieces Star Anise
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 pods Green Cardamon
  • 5 pieces Cloves
  • Peel of one orange
  • Peel of half a lemon

1. Stout Reduction

   1. Combine all ingredients in a 4 quart pan and bring to a simmer
   2. Slowly bring to temperature as the beer will bubble vigorously when heated
   3. Reduce by half. Strain prior to using
   4. Mixture can be made up to 4 days in advance
