Autumn Fruit & Vanilla Sugar Pandowdy

To make the pandowdy- You will need 6 individual 8 oz ramekins. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F Lightly butter each ramekin. Place 2 Tbsp of Vanilla Sugar Biscuit dough in the bottom of each ramekin and press with finger to cover the bottom. Bake the ramekins with the bottom layer of biscuit dough in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bottom of the crust is slightly golden. Remover from oven and let cool 15 minutes. Fill each ramekin with the reserved Autumn Fruit Filling mixture to 1/2" below the rim of the ramekin. Using a little flour to dust your hands, take about 3 Tbsp of the Vanilla Sugar Biscuit Dough and pat into a round shape big enough to cover the top of the ramekin. Place the disk of biscuit dough on top of the ramekin and completely cover the filling. Remove any excess dough from the sides and press the dough to seal. Repeat with all 6 ramekins. Set aside.
