Pulled Mojo Rubbed Braised Pork Shoulder Taco, with Pickled Fennel and Chipotle Pepper Aioli

1. 1. Rub the pork shoulder with Mojo rub and braise for 4 hours at 275 degrees.
   2. When the pork is fork tender let it cool and pull the meat.
   3. Throw 6 corn tortillas on the flat top, sear both sides.
   4. Layer the tortillas with fresh frieze.
   5. Heat up the pulled pork on the flat top and place on top of the greens.
   6. Top it off with pickled fennel and drizzle with chipotle aioli.
   7. Garnish with lime and grilled jalapeño serve with salsa.
