Fairmont Hotels of Northern California Rank Amongst Top Places to Work

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts of Northern California has again been ranked amongst the top five finalists on this year’s San Francisco Business Time’s annual 2011 Best Places to Work list.  Having received incredible participation from hundreds of colleagues across the four Bay Area properties (Fairmont San Francisco, Fairmont San Jose, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa and the Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square) employees voluntarily completed anonymous online surveys and answered questions about how they feel about their work environment - including what makes Fairmont a “Best Place to Work.” 

 Awarded to the top 100 companies in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, this recognition is based solely on third party surveys completed by a majority of company employees on topics including workplace satisfaction, compensation, career growth and challenge, and company management. This year, The San Francisco Business Times received close to 400 applications for the Best Places to Work List.
