Basil Carrot Granita

Ingredients

• • 50 g sugar syrup
  • 30 g crushed ice
  • 40 g water
  • 6 g fresh basil leaves
  • 20 g carrot juice

4 Hours 

 

1. 1. Pour the sugar syrup over the crushed ice.
   2. Put the water and basil leaves in blender and mix well.
   3. Combine and pass everything through a fine sieve.
   4. Stir in the fresh carrot juice.
   5. Pour the liquid into a Flexipan mould, square or hemisphere shaped, 2.5 cm in diameter.
   6. Insert small popsicle sticks in the center of each mould.
   7. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
   8. Remove the Basil Carrot Granita from the mould shortly before serving.
   9. Enjoy!
