Snow in Hawaii

We celebrated our anniversary at the beautiful Fairmont Orchid on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was the vacation of a lifetime with so much to see and do; from a flight over the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to a night-time star-gazing visit to the snow-capped Mauna Kea observatory. After a day of sightseeing, the Orchid was always a welcoming location to return to. From our balcony we watched whales breaching just off the beach - an amazing sight! The pool area, beach, restaurants and spa (including an outdoor couples massage) were all top-notch with amazing service. We couldn't imagine a better way to celebrate our life together!
