Haunted Halloween Cocktail: Dragonfruit Lilikoi Martini

Ingredients

• Martini

  • 2 oz Ocean Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1.5 oz Guava Puree
  • 1.5 oz Orange Juice
  • 1.5 oz Dragon Fruit Puree
  • 1 tsp Basil Seed (soaked)

• Coconut Cloud

  • 1 Egg White
  • 3 TBS Coconut Cream

• Garnish

  • 4 balls Lilikoi Boba
  • 4 balls Lychee Boba

1. Method

   1. Whip egg whites to a soft peak and fold into the coconut cream to create your cloud
   2. Place vodka, purees, 1 cup ice and basil seeds into a martini shaker
   3. Shake
   4. Pour in martini glass rimmed with black sea salt and pour until the glass is 3/4 filled
   5. Add one spoonful of the cloud on top of the martini mixture
   6. Garnish with bobas
