Bonus Fact: When it comes to producing #WaWine, one of the most significant phenomena is the difference between day time and night time temperatures – also known as the diurnal shift. This fluctuation in temperature – up to 40 degrees! -- helps to create ripe sugars (which will eventually be turned into alcohol) and crisp acidity in Washington State grapes.
Side Trip Alert: Just 30 minutes away, Woodinville Wine Country features over 100 wineries! Something for every discerning wine palate.
