So glad we chose Fairmont, Dallas!!

I was only slightly looking forward to taking my daughter and her friend to watch a boy band concert in the area. This is probably the reason I waited until the last minute to look for accommodations, but couldn't have been more pleased with our stay here. I was searching for several options for the best hotel. Price, location, and quality were all important to me....in that order! The courtesy car to our destinations, the history of the hotel, and the neat decor were just added bonuses. The weather didn't permit pool use, but it looked amazing! I cannot say enough about the awesome customer service that we had, from the time we pulled into the hotel yesterday until our departure today! The staff are all cheerful, knowledgable, and EXTREMELY accomodating!
Abel was the doorman who greeted us yesterday upon our arrival. He was so polite and helpful. In fact, he remembered us this morning at our departure, which meant so much. He's just so pleasant!

David, also very pleasant, was our courtesy vehicle driver to the concert. It was like having our personal tour guide of Fairmont, and the Dallas area. He gave us so many tips and suggestions to try to make our experience less stressful, easier to navigate, and full of good food ideas! We really enjoyed his company, and knowledge. At our departure this morning, he took the time to show me the easiest way to leave the hotel in the busy traffic. He even marked a map for us, so that I could get the girls to the shopping mall with ease. His advice was a lifesaver!

We thought it would be fun to order room service after getting back to the hotel so late last night. The girls loved their meals. We had grilled cheese sandwiches, chicken strips, and french fries. They were very good! Jamie, who delivered our beautifully presented meal to the room, was so nice! We called room service to let them know we were done with our meal, and the kind lady who answered the phone wanted to make sure we enjoyed our food. She was so sweet, and I didn't get her name.
The building is beautiful, rooms very clean, atmosphere relaxing, but I can not say enough about the amazing customer service at this hotel! It was a little more than I would usually spend on my nurse budget, but was worth every penny and more!! We will definitely be coming back to the Fairmont!
