Onion Dip

• Onion Dip

  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 ea Yellow Onion Minced
  • ¼ cup Chives Minced
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Beef Bullion
  • Salt and Cracked Pepper

1. • In a sautée pan over low heat add the oil and gently sautée the onions for approximately 20 minutes until very golden brown.
   • Add the beef bullion and stir until well incorporated and let cool.
   • Once the onion mixture has cooled add it to the sour cream with the chives and season with salt and pepper.
   • Serve with your favorite potato chips.
