Edamame Hummus

• Hummus

  • Soy Beans - 1lbs
  • Soy Sauce - 2.5 oz.
  • Tahini - 2 oz.
  • Garlic - 1 glove
  • Lime Juice - 3 whole limes
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Water - 6 oz.
  • Chili Oil - garnish

• Accompaniments

  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Grilled Pita
  • Whole Wheat Crisps

1. 1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and stir well before starting machine.
   2. With a lid on, start the blender on low and gradually increase speed. You will need to turn the machine off and mix every minute or so.
   3. Mix until beans are well broken down but not too smooth.
   4. Place in desired vessel and garnish with whole edamame beans and chili oil.
   5. Serve with favorite accompaniments.
