For the second summer in a row, The Fairmont Copley Plaza's rooftop bee hives were buzzin'!

Sales Manager Jessica Tardif, our resident beekeeper, harvested nearly 40 pounds of honey from our hives. This organic honey will be used on Fairmont Gold and in our restaurant, OAK Long Bar + Kitchen.
