Spritz Cookies

Ingredients

• • 12 oz soft butter
  • 4 oz icing sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 lb all purpose flour

1. 1. Cream butter and icing until it gets lighter in color
   2. Scrape down and add one egg and mix alternately
   3. Sift and add flour
   4. Using a star piping tip, pipe rosettes on a parchment paper
   5. Use your finger to make and indentation in the middle and fill with jam
   6. Bake at 375 F degree for 10 to 12 minutes
