Fairmont in Pittsburgh

Had a wonderful experience that has altered my preference to Fairmont and have since stayed at more! What was special? That every single person wanted to be there and wanted to help! They were ecstatic to see me each and every time like long lost family. The bartender, the check in staff, the valet, and especially the morning restaurant manager. Jet lagged, I woke up very early to workout and then grab a coffee... none in the lobby so i went upstairs to the breakfast restaurant and asked for a cup. Politely, the manager brought me one and wished me an awesome day. I said "how much..." Responded with "for you, just make sure you have the best day today." and did not charge me. That little tiny gesture made me feel so so god about the place where my needs are clearly the most important bit...
