Charred Rosemary and Lemon Mule

  • 1.5 oz rosemary/lemon-infused Ketel One vodka
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz ginger beer
  • Rosemary and lemon peel for garnish

• Rosemary/Lemon-Infused Vodka

  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 lemons
  • 750mL of Ketel One vodka

1. Cocktail

   1. Combine vodka and lemon juice, top with ice and shake.
   2. Pour in ginger beer.
   3. Pour vodka mixture into a highball glass or copper mug and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and lemon peel.

2. Rosemary/Lemon-Infused Vodka

   1. Place 4 sprigs of rosemary in a cast iron pan over medium heat.
   2. Turn sprigs over after they begin to char, about 2 minutes. Char for 1 minute on second side.
   3. Slice lemons into thin circles and remove the seeds.
   4. Place rosemary, lemon slices and vodka in glass jar and seal tightly.
   5. Allow to infuse for 3 days.
   6. Remove the rosemary and lemon.
