Gin Sour

Ingredients

• • 2 oz Tanqueray Gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Pasteurized Egg White

1. 1. Put the egg white and one ice cube in a shaker and shake until you do not hear the ice-cube anymore/melted and you have a froth.
   2. Add the other ingredients with ice and shake/mix together.
   3. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
