Laura Lopez is our newest restaurant manager just joined us from Toronto. New to Chicago, Laura has enjoyed getting to know the Windy City. Her first love is a great cocktail. “I have enjoyed visiting the farmers’ market.” When she stepped behind the bar, she was inspired by the great produce from the Green City Market. “what better way to experience the best of the Midwest, than in a great cocktail.” Salud!
