Major Beach Works 3m from the pool!

Fairmont in the palm is a haven for me. I fly 7 hours to come here and relax on the beach, listen to music and enjoy the ambiance.
If you can see this video just imagine my disappointment. It is far more intensive and invasive than the web site says. I also received no warning at all when booking. But then “ it is on the website”. Been coming here since the hotel opened. I would have no need to check the website.
Disappointing Fairmont. Room has been upgraded which is appreciated but to bring a family of four here costs a lot of money, and we spend little time in the room. Give us our beach back please!
