Purity H2O

Ingredients:
• Purity Vodka - 60 ml
• Artesian water - 20 ml
• Mint - 5 gr
• Cucumber - 10 gr
• Clementine - 5 gr

Preparation:

This very refreshing vodka based cocktail is made by using siphon as a bar equipment for really deep infusion. Put vodka, splash of artesian water, mint, cucumber and clementine into siphon, charge it with gaz H2O and give 10 seconds for infusion.
After this pour infusion from siphon into mixing glass with ice for chilling.

Garnished with cucumber slice.
