Ingredients

- 300 gr lettuce fresh local
- 400 gr tomato fresh
- 300 gr cucumber small
- 40 gr fresh local parsley leaves
- 40 gr fresh mint leaves
- 50 gr fresh water cress leaves
- 80 gr spring onion
- 90 gr local red radish
- 70 ml fresh lemon juice
- 80 ml Lebanese olive oil
- 40 ml balsamic vinegar
- 40 ml pomegranate molasses
- 05 grams Sumac powder
- 07 grams salt
- 140 gr lemon wedges
- 01 pc medium size Lebanese bread loaf
Preparation

- Bread loaf, to be cut into 1 cm cube size and deep fried till golden color
- Cut the whole vegetables into one cm cube size
- Add it to the leafy vegetables
- Mix all the vegetables together in a bowel, with the lemon juice, salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pomegranate molasses, mix all the ingredients carefully till all tossed
- Add the salad in a serving bowel, then on the top put the fried bread and the sumac powder
- Garnish it with lemon and tomato wedges
