Ingredients
-
- 500 g mascarpone
- 300 ml sour cream
- 3 p. eggs
- 120g. sugar
- 10p. «Savoyardi» sticks
- 200 g coffee
- 50 ml cognac
- cocoa
- berries
Preparation

- 15 Minutes

- In the bowl of a mixer load mascarpone, sugar, cream, egg and beat until creamy
- Take sticks "Savoyardi” impregnated with coffee and cognac
- Spread sticks on bottom of Martini glass
- Sprinkle a bit of cocoa
- Put mascarpone cream
- Serve with berries and chocolate decoration on the top
