Pomegranate and Basil Mocktail

• • 2 pomegranates
  • 4 leaves of either purple or green basil
  • A cup of chamomile tea
  • Honey to taste

1. 1. Take the fruit out of a pomegranate taking care to leave behind the pith and add to the shaker
   2. Roughly tear purple or green basil leaves and drop on top
   3. Muddle the two ingredients together to bring out the flavour
   4. Add a cup of chamomile tea and honey to taste
   5. Top with ice and shake together, double strain into your glass
