Tuna Poke Pizza

• • 400 g Albacore Tuna
  • ½ cup Tamari Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Avocado
  • 1 Fresh Lime
  • 4 Tortilla
  • 2 Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 Sliced Serrano Chilies
  • 2 tsp Tobiko

1. 1. Clean the tuna.
   2. Remove any sinews and slice very thinly.
   3. Combine the tamari, sesame oil, sesame seeds and sugar for the marinade.
   4. Toast the tortillas to make them crisp.
   5. Smash avocado with the lime juice and smear it on crisp tortilla.
   6. Toss albacore tuna in poke marinade and neatly arrange on top of the avocado.
   7. Garnish with green onions, fresh chilies, tobiko and fresh greens.
