Meet Executive Sous Chef Jason Harris

This is Jason, our Executive Sous Chef. Jason is jetting off to Germany this month to represent Canada at the World Culinary Olympics. There, Chefs from 32 countries will compete - each featuring hot and cold dishes inspired by their respective nations. Included on Team Canada's menu will be Buttered Poached Sturgeon, Roasted Beef Tenderloin, and Bitter Chocolate Bar.
Jason joined the Fairmont Vancouver Airport team in 2014, having previously worked at Fairmont Pacific Rim and other renowned kitchens throughout British Columbia. Jason is a proud graduate of the Culinary Arts Program at Vancouver Community College.
