Fairmont Royal York, in collaboration with Canada Beef, is celebrating Canada 150 by showcasing our country's diverse, globally-inspired and locally-driven culinary offerings. Fairmont Royal York's own Executive Chef Robert Mills competed against visiting Shanghai Chef Clinton Zhu on Toronto's Breakfast Television and Kitchener's News at Noon for an East Meets West Food Battle!
