  • 1 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz Maple Syrup
  • 4 oz Coffee

• Scotch Cream Garnish

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Scotch Whisky

1. Scotch Cream

   1. Whip cream until soft peaks form
   2. mix sugar and scotch into cream

2. Cocktail

   1. Measure Bourbon and Maple Syrup into a heat proof mug
   2. Fill with hot coffee
   3. Garnish with Scotch Cream and Mint Leaf
