"Prairie Gold"

One could not help but to be awed by the beauty of the outlying expansive canola fields as we were flying into Calgary, home to Fairmont's Palliser Hotel.
Within a short drive outside of the city's center, large expanses of canola crops were drinking up the crisp prairie sunshine. Delicious!
