Mountain Caesar

Ingredients

Yield:

1 cocktail

• • 2oz Finlandia vodka
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of horseradish
  • Season with salt and pepper

• Garnishes:

  • 1 piece of beef jerky
  • 1 pickled veggie (asparagus or beans)
  • 2 olives
  • 1 piece of celery
  • 1 lime wedge

1. 1. Salt rim with celery salt
   2. Pour 2oz of Finlandia vodka in with 2 dashes of Tabasco, a squirt of Worcestershire and a teaspoon of horseradish
   3. Top with Clamato juice
   4. Add garnishes
