Cranberry Scone

• • 3 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup 35% Cream
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Sun Dried Cranberries
  • 4 oz. Empress Honey

1. 1. Blend flour, sugar, butter and baking powder.
   2. Mix cream and eggs together.
   3. Add cranberries to flour mixture.
   4. Add liquid; do not overmix.
   5. Roll and cut out, egg wash; rest for 45 minutes.
   6. Bake at 325F for 20 to 25 minutes.
   7. When cool, cut in half.
   8. Drizzle Empress honey.
