• • 1 strawberry, diced
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 1 oz Hendricks
  • 1 oz Pimms
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • 1 oz Sprite

1. 1. Drop strawberries and cucumbers into mixing glass
   2. Measure in spirits and mixers
   3. Fill with ice, cover and shake vigorously
   4. Add ginger beer and sprite and swirl to incorporate flavors
   5. Pour drink into your favorite cocktail glass
   6. Garnish & enjoy!
