Sangria Blanc

Ingredients

Yield:

1 Pitcher

• Sangria Blanc

  • 4oz Finlandia Vodka
  • 2oz Apricot Brandy
  • 4oz Rosemary-Orange Syrup
  • Stellars Jay Sparkling Wine

• Fruit - Optional

  • 4 Slices Cucumber
  • 4 Slices Orange
  • 4 Slices Lemon
  • 4 Slices Lime
  • 5 Blackberries
  • 5 Raspberries

• Orange-Rosemary Syrup

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 Orange, sliced
  • 1 Sprigs of Rosemary

1. Sangria Blanc

   1. Fill your favourite glass pitcher halfway with large ice cubes (so it doesn't dilute the Sangria!)
   2. Pour in vodka, brandy, lemon juice
   3. Add Orange-Rosemary syrup gradually, to your taste.
   4. Top with Stellar's Jay Sparkling Wine and Enjoy!

2. Orange-Rosemary Syrup

   1. In a pot on medium, add sugar and water and bring to a boil
   2. Add orange slices and rosemary and take off the heat
   3. Let cool overnight to infuse flavours
