Prosciutto Canapé & Cucumber Melon Splash

Ingredients

• Prosciutto Canapé

  • Sliced crostini
  • Cream cheese blended with pesto
  • Sliced asiago cheese
  • Prosciutto

• Cucumber Melon Splash

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 2-3 slices of cucumber
  • 1 oz Melon Liquor
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Garnished with a slice of cucumber and basil

1. Prosciutto Canapé

   1. Dollop pesto cream cheese onto the sliced crostini.
   2. Wrap sliced asiago cheese with prosciutto and place onto of the pest cream cheese.

2. Cucumber Melon Splash

   1. Muddle cucumber, shake with ice.
   2. Strain into a martini glass.
   3. Garnished with a slice of cucumber and basil.
