Valentine’s cocktail Le Rendez-vous

Ingredients

1 cocktail

• • 3/4 oz. Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Chambord
  • A dash of green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 Lime
  • 1/2 simple syrup
  • A small pipette filled with raspberry cream

1. 1. Shake all the ingredients together in a Champagne glass
   2. Add some Champagne to fill the glass completely
   3. Add the pipette
   4. Decorate with a raspberry on a skewer
