Summer popsicles with honey from our rooftop's hives

Ingredients

• Lavender popsicles

  • 400 ml. lavender syrup
  • 50gr. honey
  • 250ml. water
  • 250gr. sugar
  • 1/2 rosemary leaf

• Blueberry popsicles

  • 250 ml. blueberries (to be mixed in mixer)
  • 125ml. apple juice
  • 25gr. honey
  • 250ml. water
  • 250gr. sugar
  • 1/2 rosemary leaf

• Honey popsicles

  • 400ml. rosemary syrup
  • 50gr. honey
  • 250ml. water
  • 250gr. sugar
  • 1/2 rosemary leaf

• Honey yoghurt popsicles

  • 250ml. plain yoghurt
  • 125ml. lemonade
  • 50 gr. honey
  • 250ml. water
  • 250gr. sugar
  • 1/2 rosemary leaf

1. 1. Bring water and sugar to a boil to realize a syrup.
   2. Remove from heat, add rosemary to infuse 3 to 4 minutes and set aside to chill.
   3. Once chilled, add the other ingredients and stir well.
   4. Divide the mixture evenly among popsicle molds. Cover the molds, insert sticks and freeze until firm.
