Port & Maple Manhattan

• • 1.5 oz Elijah Craig Bourbon
  • 1 oz Taylor Fladgate Tawny 10 years
  • 0.5 oz Maple syrup
  • 2 trait Peychaud Bitters
  • Orange oils

1. 1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously.
   2. Strain into a martini glass.
   3. Using an orange zest, put the oils on the drink and discard the zest.
   4. Decorate with an amarena cherry on a pick.
