Artisan Gin-Tonic

• • 2 oz Piger Henricus Quebec Gin
  • 0.75 oz Quebec Handcrafted "3/4 oz. TONIC MAISON"
  • 1.25 oz Perrier
  • 1 lemon zest

• Service

  • Use an Old Fashioned glass

1. 1. Pour all the ingredients over a big ice cube into the old fashion glass.
   2. Squeeze the oils from the lemon into the drink.
   3. Keep the zest as a garnish.
