• • 1 ½ oz (45mL) Mt Gay Black Barrel Rum
  • 1oz (30mL) Guava purée
  • 3/4oz (23mL) yuzu juice
  • 3/4oz (23mL) grapefruit juice
  • 1/3oz (10mL) Campari
  • 1/3oz (10mL) simple
  • 1oz (30ml) soda

   2. Double strain
   3. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with a mint sprig
