  • 1 ½ oz London dry gin
  • ½ oz simple syrup (1 part sugar: 1 part water)
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz Champagne Brut

1. Preparation

   1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, except Champagne. Add ice and shake, shake, shake!
   2. Pour champagne in a tall glass over the lavender-lemon infused ice cubes. Strain cocktail on top.
   3. Garnish with a long lavender sprig.
