To serve the tart, flip it so the puff pastry is on the bottom and cut the tart in 10 or 12 wedges. Serve 2 wedges per person and finish with a tomato and fresh basil salad served at room temperature. As in the photo, you can add some other cooked vegetables to your liking and a few points of reduced balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
