Skillet chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

Yield:

6 dozens or 6 medium cast-iron skillets

• • 3 lbs butter
  • 1 lb & 14 oz brown sugar
  • 1 lb & 14 oz sugar
  • 4 lbs all-purpose flour
  • 3 oz cocoa powder
  • 1 oz baking soda
  • 1 oz salt
  • 12 eggs
  • 0,5 oz vanilla extract
  • 3 lbs & 6 oz chocolate milk chips
  • 3 lbs & 6 oz dark chocolate chips

1. 1. Cream the butter with the sugar in a mixer.
   2. Add the dried ingredients to the sugar mix and gently incorporate all mixture.
   3. Pour slowly the eggs into the mix, lastly add the chocolate chips.
   4. Scoop to desire size on cookie pan or bake in a cast-iron skillet pre-buttered.
   5. Bake at 325 oF until nice and golden brown.
