Chocolate - Foie Gras lollipop & Montebello bourbon cocktail

• Foie gras Lollipop

  • 350gr. foie gras thick slices
  • 100gr. 70% black chocolate
  • QS Makers Mark Bourbon
  • Salt & pepper

• Bourbon cocktail

  • 6 oz Makers Mark Bourbon
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz honey syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice

1. Preparation - Foie gras Lollipop

   1. Season and fry the foie gras in a pan, then flambé with bourbon.
   2. Mold the in a terrine and cool down.
   3. Cut into small rectangles, stitch on skewers, and dip in melted chocolate with maple sugar nuggets.
   4. Let cool down a few minutes.

2. Preparation - Bourbon cocktail

   1. Mix all the ingredients in a shaker and serve on ice with a lemon slice.
