A Toast to Summer in Montebello

Fall was soon approaching and my partner and I were itching to get away and enjoy the last few weeks of sunshine. We didn't have time for a longer vacation so decided to embark on the hour drive to the Fairmont Chateau Montebello and quickly discovered a hidden treasure. We nicknamed it Montemexico, a mini resort offering endless amenities and activities on site. We were instantly overwhelmed by the natural beauty of the area. On our first night, favourite bottle of wine in hand, we made our way to the water's edge and watched the awe inspiring sunset. It was unforgettable. Who knew we had such a hidden gem so close to home.
