Picnic in the Park

After being apart for a long duration of time, I was reunited with my amazing girlfriend in Ottawa. I am from Alberta and almost every time I came back to Ottawa we go walk Majors Hill Park just behind the Chateau Laurier. We would find a comfortable spot in the grass and lay down and talk. This shot was taken after laying there for about 30 minutes. The pigeon just happened to walk into the perfect position for this photo. This is one of my favourite pictures of all time because of the constant reminder of my love for an amazing woman and how life lines up perfectly if you are walking life out in love!
