SOME TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND - SEARING THE TUNA - Always make sure to get a good sear on each side of the Tuna, before removing from the pan. Be careful however not to overcook as overcooked tuna doesn't look or taste good. DON'T OVERDRESS THE SALAD LEAVES - Salad leaves taste great with the right amount of dressing. Ensure you toss the salad right before you want to eat it to avoid the leaves getting soggy. USE GOOD QUALITY OLIVES - Try and buy good quality olives for this salad, nicoise have a light flavor that will compliment the tuna and the mixed salad.
