1 cup soy mild
1/2 cup Mango Puree
1/2 medium banana
1/3 cup low fat strawberry Yogurt
1 tsp flax oil or flax oil blend

Puree Ingredients in blender
pour in to Parfait Glass
place on plate with leaf under the glass
garnish with pineapple, strawberry or banana slice slice on rim
