2.000 oz. Mushrooms, Maitake, Raw
2.000 oz. Mushrooms, Shiitake, Raw
2.000 oz. EDEN FOODS Organic Brown Rice Udon, Dry
2.000 oz. Tofu, Firm, with Calcium Sulfate, Raw
1.000 T. Seaweed, Wakame
0.500 t. Garlic Clove
1.000 T. Chives, Chopped
1.000 T. Oil, Olive
0.500 t. Kosher Sea Salt
0.500 t. Pepper, Black, Ground
Preparation

20 Minutes
Cook brown rice according to manufacture label. Keep warm.
Heat up the olive oil in a saute pan. Saute the mushrooms with the garlic and the tofu.
Season to taste.
To serve, put rice in center of plate. Pour mushroom misture around. Top rice with
