Ingredients
- Yield:

Dough
- 5 cups flour
- ¼ ounce dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 3 large eggs

Filling
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ cup butter (cold)
- ½ tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 pear small diced

- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup cream cheese

- Pre-heat oven to 375f.
- Meanwhile, in a stand mixer, combine half the flour with the yeast.
- Heat milk, butter, salt, flour, and sugar until warm. Pour into flour mixture.
- Add eggs in at a time, then add remaining flour, until dough pulls away from the bowl.
- Place on floured surface and knead until smooth.
- Lightly spray a large bowl, place dough inside and cover with a damp towel until dough doubles in size.
- Make the filling by paddling all ingredients except pears until smooth.
- Once the dough has doubled, place it on a floured surface and roll it out into a large rectangle. Dough should not be thicker than 1/8 of an inch
- Spread on filling and sprinkle in the pears.
- Roll loosely. Cut into 14 even rolls and place in lightly sprayed baking pans.
- Cover with towel and allow to proof again.
- Bake at 350f for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese and cream together, drizzle on hot buns. Enjoy warm!
