Ingredients
- Yield:

Carrot Cake
- Sugar, brown 3 ½ cups
- Salad oil 3 cups
- Eggs, whole 8 eggs
- Salt 1 ½ table spoon
- Baking soda 1 table spoon
- Cinnamon, ground 1 table spoon
- Nutmeg, ground 1 tea spoon
- Flour, bread 2 ¾ cups
- Carrots, grated small 3 ½ cups

Carrot Cake Ice Cream
- Sour Cream 5 cups
- Simple Syrup 5 cups
- Water 2 cups
- Carrot Cake – cut in pieces 1 home baking sheet or optional amount

Red Velvet Cake
- Sugar 4 cups
- Oil 4 cups
- Salt 1 table spoon
- Eggs 6
- Cake flour 3 ¼ cup
- Cocoa powder ½ cup
- Buttermilk 2 ½ cups
- Red food coloring 12 table spoons
- Vanilla 1 table spoons
- Buttermilk 2 ½ cups
- Baking soda 1table spoon
- White vinegar 1 table spoon

- Sour Cream 5 cups
- Simple Syrup 5 cups
- Water 2 cups
- Red Velvet Cake – cut in pieces 1 home baking sheet or optional amount

Sour Patch Kids Ice Cream
- Sour Cream 5 cups
- Simple Syrup 5 cups
- Water 2 cups
- Sour Patch Kids Candy – cut in pieces 2 cups

Simple Syrup
- Water 3 cups
- Sugar 3 cups

Waffle Cones
- All Purpose Flour 1 ¾ cup
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Eggs 6
- Sugar 1 ½ cup
- Butter – melted ¾ cup
- Milk ¾ cup
Preparation

Carrot Cake
- In the mixing bowl, mix brown sugar and oil.
- Add eggs and mix until incorporated
- Add sifted dry ingredients and mix until incorporated
- Add grated carrots.
- Spread the mix onto the baking sheet with the parchment paper lined and bake at 350F for about 25-30 min

Carrot Cake Ice Cream
- With the hand blender mix sour cream simple syrup and water to make smooth consistency
- Using ice cream machine, make ice cream.
- Mix in cut carrot cake when ice cream is ready and still soft.
- Place in the freezer.

Red Velvet Cake
- In the mixing bowl, mix the oil and the sugar.
- Add eggs and incorporate with the salt
- Add sift the dry ingredients.
- Add Buttermilk and vanilla extract and incorporate
- Combine soda with vinegar and add last.
- Spread the mix onto the baking sheet with the parchment paper lined and bake at 350F for about 25-30 min

- Mix in cut red velvet cake when ice cream is ready and still soft.
- Place in the freezer.

Sour Patch Kids Ice Cream
- With the hand blender mix sour cream simple syrup and water to make smooth consistency
- Using ice cream machine, make ice cream.
- Mix in cut in pieces “Sour Patch Kids” candy when ice cream is ready and still soft.
- Place in the freezer.

Simple Syrup
- Bring it to the boil and boil about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and cool down to room temperature.

Waffle Cone
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar for about 1 minute
- Add sifted dry ingredients
- Add melted butter and the milk
- Mix until combined
- Use waffle cone machine and make per manufactured instructions.
