One of our favourite things about fall? All of the amazing apple varieties available! You’ll find apples incorporated into many of the dishes and cocktails we serve at Fairmont properties. Here are ten of our top recipes that we hope you’ll try at home.

Chef Adel Agamy from The Newport, a Gastropub serves up a fall-inspired apple venison loin with a delicious apple & sweet potato mash.
